There are several methods of verification that we can use.
First: We can call you at a listed land-line telephone number. This number MUST be listed with directory assistance and match a confirmed address in PayPal, therefore this option is only valid for US/Canada orders where PayPal will confirm an address and there is a directory we can use to verify the telephone number.
Second: We can accept an ID card or postal mail verification. Basically we need you to take a picture (webcam, camera phone, digital camera, scanner) of your ID card (Drivers License, Passport, State ID, School ID) or postal mail (official pieces only - utility/phone/cell bill, bank statement, mortgage/auto payment coupon). We need your name and address clearly visible, and also the issuing authority (for a letter, you can leave it in the envelope, as long as we can see sender and recipient address information)... you can block out or blur any ID#, Account # or SSN that is visible for your protection.
Third: We allow special verification methods for government employees and military personnel. As the government provides .gov and .mil email accounts for employees we can use their ID verification process to process your order. We will need your .mil/.gov email address to complete this, which is generally TrueFirstName.TrueLastName@gov.office.dom, and we will send the confirmation request to that address.
If you cannot perform any of these verification options then most likely we will be unable to process your order and a refund will be issued.
Yes, as it makes order tracking easier for both you and us, it allows you to review your order history and get up to date order status information.
During our validation process, we occasionally run across issues that prevent us from delivering your order. This can be something as simple as a misspelled character name to an address mismatch with your credit card. When this occurs, we ask that you respond to our request for further confirmation by our staff so we can resolve the issue and get your order delivered as soon as possible.
